Our 25 state of the art, computer controlled, ethylene ripening rooms have a combined capacity of 610 pallets (nearly 55,000 cubic feet). These conditioning rooms enable us to offer consistent, ripe and ready products with better shelf life.  We use our ripening rooms to condition the following:
  •  Bananas
  •  Avocados
  •  Tomatoes
  •  Mango,  Papaya and other tropicals
   
ST Produce, our fresh cut and custom cut processing facility produces a vast selection of cut fruits, cut vegetables, vegetable blends, party trays, salads, salsas, juice and zest.  Find out how you can reduce in-house labor costs, maximize your cooler space and provide better product consistancy with fresh, ready cut produce from Charlie's.
   
Our delivery fleet of nearly 200 temperature controlled trucks, keeps our products moving continually while maintaining the cold chain throughout, ensuring safe, fresh products. Our Driver communication system features instant messaging between dispatch and drivers, GPS route tracking and remote temperature monitoring.
